The Wyoming Chamber of Commerce has recognized three Casper professionals in its first-ever Forty Under 40 class, honoring emerging leaders who are making a significant impact in their industries and communities across the state.

The Casper honorees are Dr. Megan Reyes, 34, an emergency medicine physician at Wyoming Medical Center; Tyler Blackwood, 38, founder of Blackwood Digital, a Casper-based software development firm; and Natalie Cho, 31, executive director of the Central Wyoming Boys & Girls Club.

"These three individuals represent the best of what Casper has to offer," said Wyoming Chamber of Commerce president Jack Ledford. "They're building businesses, serving their neighbors, and proving that Wyoming is a place where young professionals can thrive."

Dr. Reyes was cited for her work expanding telehealth services to rural communities across Natrona, Converse, and Fremont counties. "Access to emergency consultation shouldn't depend on your zip code," Reyes said. "We've been able to connect patients in some of Wyoming's most remote areas with specialist care in real time."

Blackwood founded his software company in 2019 with two employees. The firm now employs 22 people in downtown Casper and has developed logistics platforms used by energy companies across the Rocky Mountain region. "I started this company because I believed Casper could be a tech hub," Blackwood said. "We're not Silicon Valley, but we don't need to be."

Cho has led the Central Wyoming Boys & Girls Club since 2023, overseeing a 40 percent increase in youth enrollment and the launch of a STEM mentorship program in partnership with Casper College. "Every kid in this community deserves to see a future full of possibilities," Cho said.

The full Forty Under 40 class will be honored at a gala event in Cheyenne on April 18. The program received over 300 nominations from across Wyoming.
